REFRESH partner the European Composites Industry Association (EuCIA) participated in the International Composites Summit (ICS) in Milton Keynes, UK, on 4-5 September.

This key event in the UK market gathers the composites community together to network, share knowledge and discover the latest advances in composite materials.

Innovation and sustainability were headline themes at this year’s event. Advances in composites recycling and circularity were presented at the conference, which included sessions on Current UK Recycling Initiatives, Circularity in Marine, European Circularity Perspectives, and Increasing Circularity in Composites.

The EuCIA team were available to talk to visitors about the REFRESH project’s objectives and its progress to date.

ICS is organised by EuCIA member Composites UK and The Fluency Business Group. EuCIA has been a Supporting Partner of ICS since its inception in 2021.
